What Affects a Boston Terrier's Price?
- Sex. Our female puppies are priced higher than males in the same litter.
- Parents. Good-tempered, well-cared-for parents are the foundation of every litter. You can meet ours here.
- Coat color. Some breeders charge more for blue, lilac or brown coats. Remember that these colors fall outside the AKC show standard.
- Delivery. Delivery costs depend on the distance.
Beware of "Too Cheap" Puppies
Searches like "Boston Terrier puppies under $300" are a favorite target of puppy scammers. Warning signs include no video call, requests for gift cards or wire transfers, and pressure to pay a "shipping crate" or "insurance" fee. Always see the puppy live before paying anything.
First-Year Costs of Owning a Boston Terrier
Beyond the adoption fee, budget for vet visits and the remaining puppy vaccinations, spay or neuter, quality puppy food, a crate and bedding, a harness and leash (a harness is gentler on a Boston's short airway), training classes, and pet insurance.
